What is frustrating about Addenbrooke is that it is a large park with lots of flexibility to rotate fields each season and yet they remain in the same place (probably because the old goals are stuck in the ground). The result is that the goal areas get worn out and the city occasionally resods the areas, which makes it difficult to play on. It would seem that if they replaced the goals with newer aluminum movable goals they could fix the problem pretty easily... One good thing this field has going for it is established older trees, which offer some protection from the wind. There are three 11v11 pitches on the north field and one on the south field. Often there are smaller 4v4 and 8v8 fields set up on the north field also. In fall 2010 the word that best described these fields was agricultural. Check the photos below for more explanation.

Parking: Gets Busy |

The central parking lot between the fields gets very busy. When it does (i.e. if your game is in the middle of the day) you can take the Kipling (west) entrance to the field to find a bigger parking lot that usually has spaces. The junction of Wadsworth and Almeda has plenty of food options around it.
