These are some of the newest fields in Colorado, so their quality will be decided in the next couple of years by how well the fields are managed. Currently there are four grass fields but this is set to be increased as the rest of the complex is finished. The fields look very good at the moment, with a flat surface and no obvious damaged areas. It looks from the map like two of the fields can be rotated and two can't. The turf fields use the newer more grassy-looking material with a lot of the black rubber pieces. Their best feature is that unlike pretty much every other turf field, they were built with a lot of space at the end, which gives teams space to warm up. Both turf fields have floodlights and faded lines from lacrosse which have (confusingly) been painted in the the same white. As this is a new complex there is no shelter from the wind yet.

There is a large parking lot for all of the fields, with two exits to Holly Street. Building toilets are located between the turf fields at the south end. Restaurants can be found west on 136th.
